Shotton Hall Helps Haiti
Students of Shotton Hall School held a special fundraising day to raise money for the victims of the Haiti earthquake. Over £2500 was raised and will go towards rebuilding a school in Haiti.
The fun-filled day involved students dressing up Caribbean style, cake and biscuit sales, raffles and a disco at lunch-time. All the coins generously donated by staff and students were then laid out in a money trail in the hall to show how much money was raised.
Well done to all students and staff who were involved.
More photographs from the event can be seen in the latest edition of Shotton Hall Spotlight, the school's newspaper.
