Girls Active

Hiya my name is April Lally I am the spokes person in year 11 for Girlactive group. We would like to know if you would like to see any changes in P.E, You'll probably find me in Mr. Halliday's room during sept time or in Metcalfe during break and lunch times.

Things I would like to change are;

* Colour of toilets and changeing rooms

* introduce different sports in lessons

* Air-fresheners in toilets and changing rooms

* Water dispensers

* Improved Notice board

Hiya my name is Emily Smith, I am a student in year 8 and am the lead spokes person of Girlactive for this year group. Some of the changes I would like to see are pink paint in the changeing rooms and mirrors on the walls.

Hello, my name is Megan Thornley, and I am in year 9.

I am the spokes person for year 9 representing thr Girlactive group.

The changes I would like to see are;

* Refurbishing the change rooms by putting mirrors, lockers ect , ect in

* Bringing new sports activities into P.E

* Decorating the Changine rooms.

* Sports that can be played by girls and boys in P.E

Hellow, my name is Paige McGoldrick and I am the Girls Active spokesperson for year 10. Following the day with Kelly Holmes, we are looking as a group to make a few changes in P.E that will encourage more girls from year 7 upwards to participate in sports;

Som of the changes we are hoping to make are;

* Refurbishing and decorating the changing rooms.

* Changing the sports kit (uniform) worn for P.E

* Changing the Sports/Activitires played in P.E

We hope that by making these changes more girls will enjoy sports and look forward to P.E lessons. We were also planning to create a steering group to encourage girls to express there ideas on how to make P.E more enjoyable for everybody.
